Extremely busy children and parental schedules make negotiating appropriate visitation agreements quite a challenge. Our goal is to arrive at an agreement that allows both parents fair time with their children, when that is in the children’s best interests.

Often, our firm must take visitation matters to court to obtain a fair arrangement. We also represent parents in allegations of visitation order violations and when visitation agreements must be modified.
